Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Your Telegram ID, first name, username and language (provided by Telegram when you open the bot or Mini App).
• Game statistics (games played, wins, match history).
• Coin ledger (every coin credit and debit on your account).
• Telegram Stars payment IDs for purchases.
• TON wallet addresses and transaction IDs used for crypto top-ups.

Purpose

We use this data only to run the game: identify your account, keep your balance and statistics, match you with other players, process and verify payments, prevent cheating and abuse, and provide support.

Storage

Data is stored on a server (VPS) located in Singapore.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is in use. Payment records may be kept longer where needed to handle refunds, disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by sending /paysupport in the bot and following the instructions. Deleting your data removes your account and coin balance.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except Telegram and the TON blockchain as needed to process payments, or when required by law.

Mục đích

Lưu trữ

Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ (VPS) đặt tại Singapore.

Thời gian lưu

Chúng tôi lưu dữ liệu trong thời gian tài khoản còn được sử dụng. Hồ sơ thanh toán có thể được lưu lâu hơn khi cần để xử lý hoàn tiền, tranh chấp, chống gian lận hoặc theo nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào bằng lệnh /paysupport trong bot. Xóa dữ liệu sẽ xóa tài khoản và số xu của bạn.

Chia sẻ

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba, trừ Telegram và mạng TON khi cần để xử lý thanh toán, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

डेटा का उपयोग केवल गेम चलाने के लिए होता है: खाते की पहचान, बैलेंस और आँकड़े रखना, मैच बनाना, भुगतान प्रोसेस और सत्यापित करना, धोखाधड़ी रोकना और सहायता देना।

भंडारण

डेटा सिंगापुर में स्थित सर्वर (VPS) पर संग्रहीत है।

अवधि

जब तक आपका खाता उपयोग में है, डेटा रखा जाता है। रिफंड, विवाद, धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम या कानूनी दायित्वों के लिए भुगतान रिकॉर्ड अधिक समय तक रखे जा सकते हैं।

डेटा हटाना

आप बॉट में /paysupport भेजकर कभी भी अपना डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। इससे आपका खाता और कॉइन बैलेंस हट जाएगा।

साझा करना

हम आपका डेटा नहीं बेचते। भुगतान के लिए आवश्यक होने पर Telegram और TON ब्लॉकचेन, या कानून द्वारा आवश्यक होने के अलावा किसी तीसरे पक्ष से साझा नहीं करते।
